Pricing is based on a number of factors – size of home, location, and additional services provided. Monthly Home Watch Memberships start at just $150/month. All memberships include frequent home checks. We offer Home Watch Concierge Membership for those looking for additional personal assistant services for grocery shopping, deliveries, etc. Contact us today for more information and a quote.

Our seasonal home watch service is customized to meet our customers’ individual needs.

When homes are left unattended for an extended period of time, any number of issues may arise that can cause homeowners stress, time, and a lot of money. With Crown Castle you have the peace of mind knowing that a licensed and insured company is caring for your seasonal home and is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It is our goal to prevent any issues from arising by providing thorough weekly or bi-weekly inspections.

Tier 1- Basic service for your home

Inspect interior for leaks, odors, and pests
check for signs of vandalism, damage, and theft
Run water, Garbage disposal, insure proper drainage of fixtures, and flush toilets
inspect for any flood damage in ceilings and floors
Check thermostats and humidity level
visual inspection of breaker panel
visual inspection of gutters, lights, vents, and windows
walk property picking up debris and litter
email report of visit with check list and photos of any damages and thermostats
$85.00- One visit a month standard home (up to 5,000 SqFt.)

Tier 1- Basic service for your for condo

Inspect interior for leaks, odors, and pests
check for theft and break in
Run water, Garbage disposal, insure proper drainage of fixtures, and flush toilets
Check thermostat and humidity level
inspect for any flood damage in ceilings and floors
visual inspection of appliances
visual inspection of breaker panel
email report of visit with check list and photos of any damages and thermostat
$75- One visit a month

Premium Crown Service for your home

All of tier 1 with additional services:
Check air filters and change if needed
run showers and tubs
turn on and off water at house and relieve water pressure
check for mold and monitor humidity levels
empty mail box
turn on or off fans as needed
ensure all windows and doors are secure
inspection of breaker panel
check for water and proper drainage of HVAC systems
check tv, internet, and phone service
make sure refrigerator is working correctly
dispose of any expired food
hold mail and packagers in property or arrange for delivery to you
check drainage after excessive rain
replace light bulbs if needed
check garage for any issues, open and close garage doors
visual inspection of vehicles
check pool for water level and damages
inspection of pool cage and lania area
make sure pool pump is running smoothly
reset clocks on appliances after power outages
make sure washer and dishwasher doors are open
remove batteries from remote to prevent leakage
